Agreement

The buyer and seller agree to the following conditions:

The kitten is being sold as a pet, not to be used for breeding. The kitten/cat will not be declawed.

The kitten/cat will be an indoor pet only.

Buyer will keep all vaccinations current. Seller will provide information as to the vaccinations already given.

If the kitten/cat is found to be neglected, mistreated or abused, buyer will surrender said cat to the breeder.

Seller guarantees kitten for 3 days against upper respiratory infection, fleas, fungus or worms.

Seller guarantees kitten for two years against any hereditary or congenital defect resulting in death. The attending vet must provide written proof.

A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to hold a kitten until he/she is ready to go to its new home.

All shipping expenses must be received in advance of shipment, if applicable.

Seller will supply buyer with TICA registration slip within 6 months of purchase. The kitten will be spayed/neutered.

Buyer will first notify breeder if she/he is unable to keep the cat.
